5. Visitors Policy: Visitors are welcome but must register at the Front Desk. Visiting hours are limited to 08:00 to 22:00 to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

9. Check-In and Check-Out Times

B. Check-out time: noon Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
10. Payment and Cancellation Policy
A. Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified during booking.
B. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a one-night stay charge.
C. No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
11. Child Policy: Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents using existing bedding. Extra mattresses are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
12. Lost and Found Items: Guests' left-behind items will be kept for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of. Shipping of lost items can be arranged at the guest’s expense.
13. Emergency Protocol: In an emergency, guests are requested to follow hotel staff instructions and evacuation procedures displayed in their rooms.
14. Housekeeping Services: Guests can notify the Front Desk if emergency cleaning is needed.
